Pick your kind of business
See what you'd send, and who you'd send it to.
Edithly helps small businesses that grow through referrals and repeat customers keep in touch with them. Add a few details about each customer, pick a moment (a thank-you after a job, a reminder when something's due, an offer on a quiet day) and send it from Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp or SMS, with a video, one-pager, offer page or brochure made for that customer. It's for your own customers and people who've asked to hear from you.

Questions from local businesses
What is Edithly for local businesses?
A way to keep in touch with the customers you already have. You add a few details about each one, pick what to send, like a thank-you, a reminder or an offer, and send it by SMS, WhatsApp or email with a video, one-pager, offer page or brochure made for that customer.
Which channels can I send from?
Gmail and Outlook for email, plus WhatsApp and SMS. Every video and page uses your logo and colours.
Do my customers have to agree to hear from me?
Yes. Send to people who've used you or asked to hear from you, like someone who scanned your QR code and ticked the box. Don't use it for strangers or bought lists. Every message includes a way to stop.
What do I need to know about each customer?
A first name and a mobile number or email is enough to start. A detail or two about what you did for them, like the last job or their usual order, lets each message fit. You add these details, they're used to write your messages, and you decide what's kept. Our privacy policy has the details.
What's a QR offer page?
A QR code you put where customers already look: the van, the counter, a sign out the front or a cup sleeve. Scanning it opens a short form, and they get a page written from their answers, with a clear next step.
