A year on
Hi Sarah, it's a year since we put in your hot water system. Worth a quick check now. Want me to book you in? Reply STOP to opt out.
Sound familiar?
Most of my work comes from word of mouth.
Once the job's done, I don't hear from them until something breaks.
By then they've lost my number and called whoever came up first.
Edithly helps plumbers, electricians and HVAC businesses keep in touch with past customers. Add a few details about each job, then send a thank-you, a yearly service reminder or a check before winter by SMS, WhatsApp or email, with a short video, one-pager or offer page made for that customer. It's for customers who've used you or asked to hear from you.

FAQ
Questions from plumbers & trades
Do my customers have to agree to hear from me?
Yes. Send to people you've done work for, or who've asked to hear from you, like someone who scanned your QR code and ticked the box. Don't use it to text strangers or bought lists. Every message includes a way to stop.
What do I need to know about each customer?
A first name and a mobile number or email is enough to start. Adding the suburb, the last job and when you did it lets each message fit that customer. You add these details yourself, they're used to write your messages, and you decide what's kept. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Add your logo and colours once and every video, offer page and one-pager uses them. Emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook.
Where does the QR code go?
Anywhere customers already look: the side of the van, your invoices, a fridge magnet you leave after a job. Scanning it opens a short form, and they get a page about what they need, with a way to book.
Is this just a newsletter?
No. Each message is about one customer and the job you did for them, like a reminder that their hot water system is a year old. When you've got news for everyone, like a second van, you can send that too.
