Start of July
Hi Daniel, tax time's here. I've emailed a short checklist for the café. Shout if anything's unclear. Reply STOP to opt out.
Sound familiar?
Most clients only think of me at tax time.
Then it's a scramble for receipts the week before it's due.
If they only hear from me once a year, they shop around.
Edithly helps accountants and bookkeepers stay in touch with their own clients between tax times. It writes BAS reminders, tax-time checklists, end-of-financial-year check-ins and referral messages, sent by SMS, WhatsApp or from your Gmail or Outlook email, each with a short video, one-pager, offer page or brochure in your logo and colours. The messages are reminders and updates, not tax advice, and every one includes a way to stop.

Nick, here's how we'd look after your books
You said it's a two-person landscaping business, with the books in a spreadsheet for now. We'd start with a chat about how you work, then set up monthly bookkeeping and look after your BAS.
- A first chat about how you work now
- Monthly bookkeeping, done for you
- BAS prepared each quarter

FAQ
Questions from accountants & bookkeepers
Do my clients have to agree to hear from me?
Yes. Send to clients you work for, or people who've asked to hear from you, like someone who scanned your QR code and ticked the box. Don't use it to message strangers or bought lists. Every message includes a way to stop.
What do I need to know about each client?
A first name and a mobile number or email is enough to start. Adding what their business does, their BAS cycle and how long they've been with you lets each message fit that client. There's no need to add tax file numbers or figures. You add these details yourself, they're used to write your messages, and you decide what's kept. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Add your logo and colours once and every video, offer page, one-pager and brochure uses them. Emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook.
Where does the QR code go?
Anywhere clients and their contacts already look: your business card, the bottom of your invoices, your email signature. Scanning it opens a short form, and they get a page about their business, with a way to book a chat.
Will it send tax advice to my clients?
No. It writes reminders, checklists and updates, like a BAS reminder or a tax-time checklist. Advice still comes from you, so anything about a client's tax stays in a proper conversation.
