Sound familiar?
Owners mean to book the next groom, then life gets busy.
By the time they call, we're full and they go wherever has a spot.
Vaccinations slip by until the boarding kennel asks for the certificate.
Edithly helps pet groomers and vet clinics stay in touch with their own clients. It writes groom-due reminders, vaccination reminders, opening-hours updates and pet birthday messages, sent by SMS, WhatsApp or from your Gmail or Outlook email, each with a short video, one-pager or offer page in your logo and colours. Every message goes to people who've brought their pet in or asked to hear from you, and includes a way to stop.

Josh, here's Rosie's first groom with us
You said Rosie's a border collie and weekday mornings suit. Collies have a thick double coat, so we'd book a full brush-out and leave time for her to settle in first.
- A slow hello so she can settle
- Bath, blow-dry and full brush-out
- Nails, ears and a tidy around the paws

FAQ
Questions from pet groomers & vets
Do my clients have to agree to hear from me?
Yes. Send to people who've brought their pet in, or who've asked to hear from you, like someone who scanned your QR code and ticked the box. Don't use it to message strangers or bought lists. Every message includes a way to stop.
What do I need to know about each client?
A first name and a mobile number or email is enough to start. Adding the pet's name, the last groom and when vaccinations are due lets each grooming or vaccination reminder fit that pet. You add these details yourself, they're used to write your messages, and you decide what's kept. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Add your logo and colours once and every video, offer page and one-pager uses them. Emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook.
Where does the QR code go?
Anywhere owners already look: the front counter, the receipt, the reminder card you send home after a visit. Scanning it opens a short form, and they get a page about their pet, with a way to book.
Does it give advice about a pet's health?
No. The messages are reminders and updates, like a vaccination falling due or new opening hours. Anything about a pet's health still comes from you and your vets.
