Sound familiar?
I settle the loan, and that's often the last we talk.
Their fixed rate ends and they ring the bank, not me.
Or they refinance with a friend's broker, and I hear about it later.
Edithly helps mortgage brokers stay in touch with their own clients after settlement. It writes fixed rate expiry reminders, yearly loan check-in invitations, home anniversary messages and a first-home buyer guide clients can pass on, sent by SMS, WhatsApp or from your Gmail or Outlook email, with a short video, one-pager, offer page or brochure in your logo and colours. The messages invite a conversation and don't include rates, figures or advice.

FAQ
Questions from mortgage brokers
Do my clients have to agree to hear from me?
Yes. Send to clients you've worked with, or people who've asked to hear from you, like someone who scanned your QR code and ticked the box. Don't use it to message strangers or bought lists. Every message includes a way to stop.
What do I need to know about each client?
A first name and a mobile number or email is enough to start. Adding their suburb, when they settled and when a fixed rate ends lets each fixed rate or loan review reminder fit that client. There's no need to add loan amounts or financial details. You add these details yourself, they're used to write your messages, and you decide what's kept. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Add your logo and colours once and every video, offer page, one-pager and brochure uses them. Emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook.
Where does the QR code go?
Anywhere people already look: your business card, flyers at open homes, your email signature. Scanning it opens a short form, and they get a page about what they're planning, with a way to book a chat.
Will it tell clients about rates or give advice?
No. The messages are reminders and invitations to talk, like a fixed rate expiry reminder. Rates, repayments and advice stay in your conversations with the client.
