Sound familiar?
Most new members come because a friend brought them.
They're keen for a month, then life gets busy and they stop coming.
I only find out when they cancel.
Edithly helps gyms, fitness studios and personal trainers stay in touch with their own members and clients. It sends check-ins when someone stops coming, renewal reminders before a pack runs out, new class launches and bring-a-friend invites by SMS, WhatsApp or Gmail and Outlook email. Each message is written for that member's favourite class and trainer, with an offer intro video, offer page, one-pager or brochure in the gym's own logo and colours.
What you can send

Sam, here's where we'd start you
You said boxing, twice a week, before work, and it's your first time with a coach. Our 6am beginners' boxing on Tuesdays and Thursdays fits, and your first class is free.
- Beginners' boxing, 6am Tue and Thu
- Gloves and wraps to borrow
- A quick chat with a trainer first

FAQ
Questions from gyms & personal trainers
Do members have to agree to hear from me?
Yes. Send to members, past members and people who've asked to hear from you, like someone who scanned your QR code and ticked the box. Don't use it to message strangers or bought lists. Every message includes a way to stop.
What do I need to know about each member?
A first name and a mobile number or email is enough to start member check-ins. Adding their favourite class, when they last came in and what they're on lets each message fit that member. Leave out injuries and health details; you don't need them for this. You add these details yourself, they're used to write your messages, and you decide what's kept. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Add your logo and colours once and every video, offer page and one-pager uses them. Emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook.
Where does the QR code go?
Anywhere people already look: the front desk, the door, the flyers you hand out. Scanning it opens a short form, and they get a page about the training they're after, with a way to book a class.
I'm a personal trainer on my own, not a gym. Does it still work?
Yes. It works the same for one trainer with 30 clients as for a gym with a front desk. Add your clients, pick what to send, and send it.
Start with the customers you already have.
Add a few customers, pick what to send, and send it.
