A quiet Tuesday
Hi Emma, Jo has two spots free this Tuesday morning. Want one? Reply STOP to opt out.
Sound familiar?
Most of my clients came from a friend's recommendation.
They love the cut, then six weeks go by and they forget to rebook.
Next thing, they've walked into the place near their work.
Edithly helps hair salons and barbers keep in touch with their own clients between visits. It sends rebooking reminders, birthday offers, new-service news and quiet-day offers by SMS, WhatsApp or Gmail and Outlook email, each written for that client's last service and stylist. Messages can carry a greetings video, offer page, one-pager or brochure in the salon's own logo and colours.

Chloe, here's what we'd suggest for your colour
You said it's shoulder length and it's been over a year since your last colour. We'd start with a chat and a strand test, then book you in on a Saturday.
- A free colour consult first
- A strand test before we start
- A price before anything's done

FAQ
Questions from salons & barbers
Do my clients have to agree to hear from me?
Yes. Send to clients who've been in, or people who've asked to hear from you, like someone who scanned your QR code and ticked the box. Don't use it to message strangers or bought lists. Every message includes a way to stop.
What do I need to know about each client?
A first name and a mobile number or email is enough to start. Adding their last service, when they came in and who did it lets each message fit that client. You add these details yourself, they're used to write your messages, and you decide what's kept. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Add your logo and colours once and every video, offer page and brochure uses them. Emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook.
Where does the QR code go?
Anywhere clients already look: the front counter, each mirror, the appointment card they take home. Scanning it opens a short form, and they get a page about what they're after, with a way to book.
Can colour clients and quick-trim clients get different rebooking reminders?
Yes. Each message is written from what you know about that client, so a colour client hears about colour and a quick-trim client doesn't.
