Sound familiar?
Most of my jobs come from neighbours seeing the work.
I do a big job, then don't hear from them for a year.
By the time the hedges need doing, they've had a flyer from someone else.
Edithly helps landscapers and gardeners keep in touch with the customers they've done work for. It sends seasonal reminders like spring lawn care, hedges before Christmas and autumn clean-ups, plus a yearly maintenance plan and referral asks, by SMS, WhatsApp or Gmail and Outlook email. Each message is written for that customer's garden and last job, with a before-and-after video, offer page, one-pager or brochure in the business's own logo and colours.

Daniel, here's how we'd fix your lawn
You said the back lawn's patchy, you're in Prospect and you'd like it sorted before summer. We'd come out for a look, then aerate, feed and top-dress it in spring.

FAQ
Questions from landscapers & gardeners
Do my customers have to agree to hear from me?
Yes. Send to people you've done work for, or who've asked to hear from you, like someone who scanned your QR code and ticked the box. Don't use it to text strangers or bought lists. Every message includes a way to stop.
What do I need to know about each customer?
A first name and a mobile number or email is enough to start. Adding the suburb, the last job and when you did it lets each message fit that garden. You add these details yourself, they're used to write your messages, and you decide what's kept. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Add your logo and colours once and every video, offer page and one-pager uses them. Emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook.
Where does the QR code go?
Anywhere people already look: the side of the van, the trailer, the flyers you drop in letterboxes near a job. Scanning it opens a short form, and they get a page about their garden, with a way to book.
Can I send a seasonal reminder to everyone at once?
Yes. Pick a moment like hedges before Christmas and send it to everyone it fits. Each message is still written for that customer and their garden.
Start with the customers you already have.
