You said baby's due in early March and you'd like it at home. Newborn shoots usually happen in the first couple of weeks, so we'd pencil in a window now and set the date once baby arrives.

Questions from photographers
Do my clients have to agree to hear from me?
Yes. Send to people you've photographed, or who've asked to hear from you, like someone who scanned your QR code and ticked the box. Don't use it to message strangers or bought lists. Every message includes a way to stop.
What do I need to know about each client?
A first name and a mobile number or email is enough to start. Adding the kind of shoot, when it was and where lets each message fit that client. You add these details yourself, they're used to write your messages, and you decide what's kept. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Add your logo and colours once and every video, offer page, one-pager and brochure uses them. Emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook.
Where does the QR code go?
Anywhere clients and their friends already look: your business card, the back of every print, the packaging your albums go out in. Scanning it opens a short form, and they get a page about the shoot they want, from mini sessions to newborns, with a way to book.
What if I only shoot weddings?
Weddings work too. A first-anniversary message, a reminder about the album, or a family shoot a few years on are all moments you can send.
