For cafés & local food
Know your café regulars by name, even when they're not at the counter.
Put a QR code on your café's cups. Regulars scan it and tell you their usual, then you can send the new menu, a slow-afternoon offer or a birthday coffee.

Sound familiar?
I know my regulars' orders, but not their numbers.
When one stops coming in, I've got no way to reach them.
And the delivery apps take a cut of every order they send me.
Edithly helps cafés and local food businesses stay in touch with their regulars. A QR code on the cup, counter or receipt lets customers sign up with their usual order, then the café can send new menu news, quiet-hour offers, birthday coffees and office catering offers by SMS, WhatsApp or email from Gmail or Outlook. Each message can carry a short video, an offer page or a one-pager in the café's own logo and colours.

FAQ
Questions from cafés & local food
Do my customers have to agree to hear from me?
Yes. Send to people who've signed up, like a regular who scanned the code on their cup and ticked the box. Don't use it to text strangers or bought lists. Every message includes a way to stop.
What do I need to know about each customer?
A first name and a mobile number or email is enough to start. Their usual order, where they work and their birthday month let each message fit that person. They tell you these on the QR form, they're used to write your messages, and you decide what's kept. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Add your logo and colours once and every video, offer page and one-pager uses them, so each offer looks like it came from your café. Emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook.
Where does the QR code go?
Anywhere customers look while they wait: cup sleeves, the counter by the register, the bottom of the receipt. Scanning it opens a short form, and they get an offer made for their usual order.
Do I need a loyalty app or a delivery app for this?
No. Customers scan a code and fill in a short form, with nothing to download. Offers go to them by text, WhatsApp or email, and they come in and order at the counter.
